Airport Express

Well I had a chance to try out an Airport Express today and I must say it is pretty cool. There are certainly a few issues with it but all in all it seems to work quite well. I am not sure that I am that thrilled with it as I was hoping there would be some way for the laptop to pass back and forth between the primary access point and this one as the signal started to fade.

It works quite well as a remote music center which is one of the highlights of this unit. I am currently typing this and listening to music played on my laptop thru speakers attached to the Airport Express.

If you have a home stereo system that you want to play the music thru this is the perfect accessory for you. This is also a great unit for anyone who travels a great deal. Once in your hotel you can setup your own private wireless network using the cable connection in you room.
